Albatross

Built in 1955, this boat was the prototype Coventry Climax powered albatross. She was successfully raced in the UK, France, Denmark and Italy, and finished runner up in the first Paris 6 hour race, which was no mean feat. She was found as a wreck in Denmark in 2016, and brought back to the UK for an extensive restoration. Launched again in August 2017, and won the Concours d’Elegance at Monaco Classics week 2017. She was then raced on Windermere and Oulton broad in 2018 where she won the Albatross class at Windermere. She has also been on holiday on Lake Como in 2022.
