Maritime Village

Falmouth Classics Maritime Village

Customs House Quay Falmouth

Falmouth Classics Maritime Village was successfully introduced in 2017, the 30th anniversary year of Falmouth Classics to showcase traditional marine crafts, associated retail exhibitors and a small food hub with stalls serving crepes, sea food, pizzas and traditional Indian street food.

The Village pitches will be on Custom House Quay (CHQ), adjacent to one of the Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival performance areas on CHQ and there will also be Shanty Bands performing at the end of CHQ.

It is estimated that over 65,000 people visit Falmouth to listen to the 90 plus bands performing as part of the International Sea Shanty Festival and watch the Falmouth Classics water event. Falmouth Classics is one of the largest events of its kind in the UK. Visiting vessels will be berthed in the Falmouth Haven, just a stone’s throw from the Village site and the public are welcome to view them.

Opening Times

The Village is scheduled to be open Friday 12:00 – 17:30 or later, Saturday 10:00 – 17:00 or later and Sunday 10:00 – 15:30.

Plenty of time to browse, enjoy some delicious food and listen to one of the many shanty bands.
