Major and Event sponsorship
Major and event sponsorship provides an alternative to title and partner levels
Major Sponsors (£1k to £1999k plus VAT)
Sponsorship may be for a specific aspect e.g. rescue boat fleet, Maritime Village on Custom House Quay, joint berthing sponsor, rowing and sculling competition or a very valuable contribution to the whole event
Benefits to include:
- Company recognition in Event Programme
- Company banners displayed at Falmouth Haven, Custom House Quay and other venues
- Accreditation where appropriate in pre-event advertising
- Selective Media coverage in press releases and reports associated with the event.
- Website listing as a sponsor and inclusion in the directory.
- Website advert
- ½ page advert in programme – which is circulated to all entrants and the public.
- Promotional opportunity in participants packs, at opening reception, at the Heather and Lay Falmouth Classics Barbecue at the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club, and prize-giving.
Event Sponsors (up to £999 plus VAT)

- A safety rib (four normally required)– up to £750 per boat including fuel and crew refreshments
- Participants bags £500
- Participant posters £300
- Participants security wrist straps £250
- Refreshments for pontoon reception – up to £700
- VIP lunch £300
- Cost of Champagne for VIPs
- Contribution of prizes
