Royal Cornwall Yacht Club
Founded to encourage the sport of sailing we embrace both sailing and motor boating interests. Noble Masts
The Noble System of hollow wooden mast construction was invented by a Mr Barry Noble in Bristol England in 1986 primarily for unstayed masts on such boats as Galway Blazer and Jester.
Our spars have been supplied to many sail training organizations such as Jubilee sailing trust (Lord Nelson) and the ocean youth club (Greater Manchester Challenge) as well as many architectural firms for columns in buildings (Clarks shoe shops worldwide/London Zoo).
In conjunction with our engineers we are able to offer many specialist products in mild and stainless steel such as hi tech bottle screws and blocks covered to look “classic” to traditional rigging and leather work.

KML is a vessel-owning marine contractor based at Falmouth Wharves and is the owner-operator of a fleet of workboats, tugs and barges. Dynamite Valley Brewery
Dynamite Valley, found in the heart of Cornwall, gives its name to this award-winning brewery tucked away under Ponsanooth’s viaduct. Established in 2015 by two local brewers, Dynamite Valley Brewery gathered no less than five prestigious awards in 2019 for its fine Cornish ales, available in cask and unique hand-wrapped bottles.

Mylor Yacht Harbour
Mylor Yacht Harbour is a thriving marina offering wide ranging facilities for berth holders and visitors. Those facilities include annual, summer and winter pontoon and full tidal berthing for motor and sailing yachts, small boats & tenders and arrangements for visitors’ berthing throughout the year.
The marina offers a full repair and refit service, with travel hoist for lifting, launching and the general movement of boats of up to 38 tonnes in and around Mylor Harbour. All of this is combined with a full maintenance service which include pressure washing, polishing and antifouling; a water taxi to serve the local moorings and full shoreside facilities with holiday accommodation on site for the benefit of our customers. With Castaways harbourside restaurant, Mylor Café, Mylor Chandlery & Rigging on-site, there is no shortage of support for the boat owner. Mylor is also home to the last fleet of Oyster fishing boats who operate under sail.

Fal River Distillery

National Maritime Museum Cornwall
National Maritime Museum Cornwall is a place to enrich your understanding of the sea and Cornwall.
The museum’s exhibitions programme aspires to bring new and diverse perspectives to maritime issues, and highlight their relevance to the present day, bringing rare objects from around the world to Cornwall to tell local, national and international stories. Your admission fee is reinvested back into the museum to enhance and grow their work, which also includes the family learning activities; the award-winning education programmes; boat building and conservation; and work to preserve and promote Cornwall’s maritime heritage.
The museum was officially opened in 2003 and is located on the aptly named Discovery Quay in Falmouth, south Cornwall.
Gweek Classic Boatyard
Gweek Classic Boatyard is a classic boatyard located at the mouth of the picturesque Helford River, offering storage for over 250 vessels both hardstanding and undercover, and cranage for boats up to 26 tonnes.
This traditional boatyard undertakes modern and traditional yacht repairs and restorations, and offers facilities for owner projects and fit-outs. Recent projects included a Cornish pilot gig build by Peter Martin, and 34ft gaff rigger cutter yacht, built by traditional methods by Ben Harris. On-site holiday lets will be available in 2022.

Cockwells

Combining the artisan skills of the traditional shipwright with innovative engineering and boatbuilding techniques, we custom-build vessels of the highest quality for leisure and commerce in the modern world.

Port Pendennis Marina
There is an outer and inner facility, the latter was completed in in 1999, and is main facility, utilising heavy duty concrete pontoons for exceptional stability and security. In addition to the 80 annual lease berths, there are 260 metres of pontoon dedicated to visiting yachts. Unrestricted tidal access and 4.6 metres minimum depth on spring tides. Vessels up to 80m LOA can be accommodated.
Windjammer Café and Bar
