Provident

A Brixham Trawler built in 1924 at Galmpton by Sanders and Co and one of the last to be built to work under sail, ‘Provident’ fished for six years before being converted to a yacht. She has cruised extensively around the West Country and Baltic ports. Owned for 20 years by Trinity Sailing and now owned by Angels Share Sailing Holidays. She has recently had a major refit in Penzance. Provident has introduced many to sailing and is on the historic Ships Register.
