Hester

27′ gaff cutter, designed by Roger Dongray, as a yacht but based along Cornish working boat lines. She was built in 1978 by the Mitchell Brothers, at Portmellon. The carvel hull is iroko on oak and copper fastened. Spars are solid douglas fir and the sails are by SBK.
