Falmouth Classics Maritime Village on Custom House Quay

Falmouth Classics Maritime Village was a new and successful development introduced during the 30th anniversary year to showcase traditional marine crafts and associated retail exhibitors.

The twelve pitches available in 2018 will be based on the East Quay, in close proximity to one of the Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival performance areas and shop. Custom House Quay will once again see a heavy footfall over the three days.

In 2017 Falmouth Classics attracted 212 entries and well over 500 crew whilst it was estimated 50,000 people visited Falmouth to listen to the sixty bands and watch the on the water event. Falmouth Classics was the largest event of its kind in the UK in 2017.

Visiting vessels will be berthed free of charge in the Falmouth Haven, just a stone’s throw from the Village site.

Rent of a 4x4 metre pitch in the village is £160 plus VAT for the three days. Exhibitors will need to provide their own commercial standard event tents/gazebos, which will need to have weights. All exhibitors will require public liability and stock and equipment insurance and will be required to undertake a site risk assessment. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider take away food and drink outlets.

To book a pitch please read the terms and conditions and complete the form and return to the address at the foot of the form

“I just wanted to congratulate you on the excellent organisation of the weekend, and thank you for your hard work. We enjoyed it and found our attendance to be worthwhile, and would certainly consider repeating it in future”. Sailing Trust representative

“I enjoyed the weekend in Falmouth and was pleased with my takings. I really appreciated having someone (you!) “looking after” us lot on the quay.  Some places it feels that the traders are an afterthought and it didn’t in Falmouth”. A clothing retailer

“We think that the Falmouth Classics Village was a fantastic idea”. An insurer offering marine insurance
